When to Update
In order to keep the Adoption Listing Service accurate, it is important that every child's listing be updated annually. All updates should include:
- a new Listing Eligibility ALS-1a form
to ensure child is still appropriate for ALS. - a new completed Child Registration ALS-1 form.

- guardian consent, unless previously submitted.
- a photo for children with termination of parental rights (TPR). If the photo was taken by a professional photographer, then you may need to complete an ALS-6 form.

- a signed CFS-600-3 form
for children 12 years of age and older, unless previously submitted.
