Preparing a Child for Listing

Before a child is listed with the Adoption Listing Service, it is important to let them know that we will be recruiting adoptive families for them through our website and other media outlets. Caseworkers should prepare a child for this type of publicity, and for the families who might step forward with an interest in adopting them.
